AUDI S3 2018 STEERING KNOCKING

Hi, I have a 2018 Audi S3 Facelift, after 20mins of driving in the morning the steering will start knocking and creaking when turning left/right. I’ve replaced the steering rack & subframe. Any info would be helpful! Can provide videos

As your car is a 2018 model, surely this fault should be investigated under warranty by your Audi dealer?

If it’s a new car under warranty, and you haven’t spoken to the dealer, how and why did the steering rack get changed. Did you have an accident?

Perhaps you were involved in an accident, or the car is modified to the extent the warranty claim would most likely be refused by audi anyway and you're not prepared to pay for the investigation costs after the claim is refused?

When mine was knocking, it was a faulty steering rack. Not unheard of to have it replaced twice either... maybe drive-shafts... doe's it happen only at low speeds?
