My 2015 2.0tdi A4 stalls when it is cold and facing uphill trying to pull away. I have tried both with and without the handbrake, and differing throttle positions. Too little throttle, it rolls backwards...too much and it wheelspins before stalling.
I am in a massive dispute with the dealership as I only purchased the car 2 weeks ago, and I've only had use of it for 10 of those days as it was in the dealership so they could try and find any issue (which, surprise! They couldn't...)
Their excuse - it's the usual "rubber band effect" of the Multitronic gearbox which is emphasized when it is cold. I know it has this to a degree, but stalling...I call bull.
Any help is appreciated, and I have a video if anyone thinks it will help to see?
Thanks in advance.
