MMI access phone contacts

I'm having issues accessing phone contacts on the mmi.

My personal phone is an S8 which works 100% fine.

I had an old samsung flip phone as my work phone which worked fine with previous cars but simply refuses to connect to the Audi.

I've replaced it with the new retro Nokia 3310 which connects to the car fine but I cannot access the contacts. I've moved them all on to the phone memory from the sim but still no joy.

Any boffins out there able to help?

I know on the iPhone there is a setting to sync contacts. Maybe there’s one in android somewhere

Its not strictly android as its a feature phone rather than a smart phone so very basic.

I looked on the phone to see if there was any permissions but the only option I have is to delete the pairing.

Delete the pairing and reset mmi to factory and try again.

How do you reset mmi? is that the button combo job? I assume I'd then have to re-pair other phones etc too?

Go into settings and you should find factory reset right at the bottom.
This will delete your radio favourites and very setting back to when the car was new.
