My perpetual nightmare is Vodafone, I moved this month, so moved my broadband with me, it got turned off 2 weeks early, with no warning, so called them up spoke to someone who give me some bs about needing to turn it off at that address to make sure they can turn it on at the new address... ok so an extra 50gb of data to my mobile so it's not affected...
Now today's the day it was supposed to be turned on, lo and behold it's not been! So call up again... I've been on hold at work for more than an hour! I'm livid!
Doesn't help I've always had problems with them every single time that I have tried to change anything on my account, it takes 4 or 5 attempts to actually get it right! And then it's usually me jumping up and down at the end of the phone raging at the people for making promises and not delivering!
