Has anyone had to replace their front lower control arms and/or bushings yet?

I am suspecting that they are squeaky when going over bumps at low speed.

There is a TSB on this to apply a ‘special’ grease - I’ll see if I can find it.

i had to replace my front lower control arm on the passenger side due to an accident, was a total nightmare as the s-tronic gearbox comes in the way of one of the bolts so you have to drop the whole subframe to get to it. On the manuals its not an issue. However even after replacing i still get the squeaking

Thank you both for the replies.

That was very detailed.

I'd try rubber grease on the anti roll bar or sway bar first, there's a chance it's that that's making the noise, very easy to do and something that should be done once in a while
