Tbh with the air lower than I was running on coilovers with the 205/45/18 tyres it’s not half as stiff as the coilovers was on 19’s and I’ve driven it with the air all the way up as well as people say it’s unbearable to drive like it and even then it was just like driving any other car. Air ride really isn’t as stiff at all but I also think the profile of tyre comes into play with it as well.
