urgent help guys

bought a gen 4 s3 haldex for my a3 quattro thats a gen two changed the plates on it but a noticed the valve was longer anyways av put it in all worken but still worries about the lenght of the valve

also if i am parked and i put my steering on full right or left and try to reverse its like it wants to stall and feels like hand breaks on same as going forward and a full lock

does no one no if this will be alright when i put full lock on left or right it feels like stiff or hand breaks on

Sound like the diff isnt working if it feels like the handbrake is on. You might have to find a gen 2 haldex contoller as im sure a gen 4 wont work
