Hi everyone, really need some advice.

Faffing around the car yesterday doing some bits and bobs (calliper painting and wheel plastidipping).

Like a complete berk I left the radio running listening to football and killed the battery.

Tried jumping it but all i get is the cranking and not firing. Thought I'd try a new battery but still exactly the same symptoms; strong cranking, all normal lights on dash and no warning messages.

Tried leaving the key in for 3 mins as I read this is needed to realign the throttle body or something.

Added more fuel (just in case).

Checked the fuses in the drivers side cabin fuse box.

Does anyone have advice? any suggestion welcome, I need the car for work tomorrow!

Sit in the car, hold the unlock button & insert into ignition still holding the button turn to on position for two seconds turn off remove key & release the hold button, see if it starts.

What does that reset?
Cheers

If it's an immo fault the engine usually still starts and runs for a few seconds before cutting out and the immo light will illuminate.
You need to check for fault codes.
