Hi all,
I really need some help to install my new Kenwood KDC-U553Bt in my Audi a3 8l 2001. I currently have the following:
1) Original Audi concert 1 (yes the cassette tape one) + cd stacker in the boot
2) Non-bose speakers/amp
3) No sub
4) No steering wheel controls
What I do understand from the forums that I saw is that I need to get a new wiring harness (either the pc9-401 or 404 or 408 or 410) which is confusing me AF. Could someone please tell me which one I would need? I also saw that some people are having some problems with some of these harnesses that the rear speakers are not working or whatsoever. I do not want to take the wrong harness.
I also know that I will have to get an antenna adapter with the booster and that I will have to wire a live 12v from the fuse box to the HU but that's it.
Some help would be really appreciated.
