Engine mounts for the S1 are currently in development and should hopefully be available in a few months . The Polo ones don't fit can't remember which way round it is, whether it's the gearbox or engine mount but one doesn't fit

Nice! Glad to hear that because the engine and the gearbox are shifting too much. I can only imagine how much your is shifting with 100bhp more than mine

Are you mounting any swaybars?
 
Thread revival!

I managed to get them directly from Vibra-technics. I just got all three:
VAG200M - Left Side gearbox mount
VAG220M - Engine Torque Link AKA dogbone
VAG230M - RHS Engine Mount

Torque bar

Engine Mount

All mounts

Made such a huge difference in overall feel after installation

I would highly recommend these.
I have some mods and these made the car feel so much better.
