Recently got my first Audi its an A3 S line TFSI Quattro on a 56 plate. I have added and coded cruise control and next up is folding mirrors and a flat bottom steering wheel. Could someone help me out with my parts list ?
I have bought the mirrors and the switch but I think I need door modules ? I was also reading about a circuit to make them fold on lock ? I would also like to add auto dimming glass and tilt on reverse which i read a lot of conflicting posts on, if anyone has a definitive guide on how to achieve these retro's i would be very grateful

The steering wheel I have bought is an A3/S3 8V multifunction flat bottom steering wheel I think from a 2013 car. The wheel is complete with the airbag. What else will I need ? steering control module ? can gateway ? squib ring ? At some point in the future I would like to add voice control and bluetooth for my phone and dab onto a RNS-E 2 ? I have seen the Kenwood/Audi dab unit

Don't mean to put a dampener on your plans but you need to get rid of that steering wheel as that will not work on an 8p a3. You can get one that is very similar from the same year a4 or A5 and that will work providing you get the matching dual stage airbag but the connector on the airbag has to be repinned to work with the a3 that's all. The wheel you will have bought if it's from an 8v will have a lot of buttons on the wheel including some arrows, the one you need from an a4 or a5 doesn't have as many buttons. It has volume up/down, track up/down, mode and nav and that's it and that's the wheel you need, the airbag to match it is an 8k airbag iirc.

The wheel I've bought is complete with Airbag of that makes any difference

Makes no difference at all, if it's an 8v wheel you've got then forget it. You need as I've described above or you need an A3 8p flatbottom steering wheel.
