Need new discs and pads soon, so I'm thinking its upgrade time.
Has anyone got any part numbers for carriers and discs?
Been looking for mk1 tt carriers.

thanks

Mk1 TT
Mk1 S3
Mk1 fabia vrs
And some c5 A6 have them too maybe some other models too.

Discs are A4 B6 3.0 quattro 312mm 5x112

I'm looking to upgrade my brakes too for 312mm.
All I need is the carriers and I found someone with an a6 selling them. And cheap too..
Only c5 a6 carriers fit a4 b6?

B6 has different caliper spacing to the B5.

C5's used both spacings. Pre 2002 i think used the B5 style, and later cars used the B6 style.

Unsure if the passats ever switched to the B6 type spacing.

Just a gsf looking at discs, they do two thickness for b6 3.0 Quattro. both 312 but 1 is 25 thick and the other is 30 thick. which one do I need?

Whichever you want..
If you want the thicker disc brakes you have to get the 30 carrier and if you want the 25 get the 25..
But since you're upgrading I think 30mm it's the wiser choice..
I'm trying to find the carriers to do this upgrade myself..

i've never heard of a 312x30 disk, its certainly not listed in ETKA for any B6 A4 model.

The B6 A4 3.0 disks are 312x25. The B5 S4 uses 320x30 (sometimes listed as 321x30) and the B6/7 S4 uses 345x30, but those are totally different calipers and not compatible with the usual 312mm upgrade parts.

I suspect your confusing the 312x25 and 321x30...

4B0 615 125A

Is the part number for the carriers,I think one is 125A and the other side is 125B

Using A6 C5 312mm brembo discs and standard b5 pads

4B0 615 125A is for both sides and fits cars with the narrow spacing like the B5 A4.

Its been superceded with 1J0615125A, which is a mk4 golf number.

They're dear new though, better trying to find a used set. Better options available rather than spending £350 on those carriers from the dealer.

Go with the 320mm setup which uses same caliper as the B6 S4 with smaller carriers, and then use S4 B5 front disc or A4 B7 2.0T DTM disc's

They can be had for around £30-40 per caliper just make sure the brackets and pipes are attached to the calipers your looking at as there expensive from TPS.

I'm gonna use my anniversary mk4 carriers on my next disc replacement

I am doing this 312mm upgrade to my A4 B5 2.8 Quattro but this part number is identical in size to the existing caliper carrier and won't fit the new discs.

4B0615125A is certainly the correct part. Where did you get them from?

125B is NOT the correct part. you need two of 125A.

From a company called Oczam International on ebay
from the item description:
Reference Number (s) OEM: 1J0615125A, 4B0615125A, 4B0615125C, 8L0615125 Manufacturer Part Number: BR-232-0113-LR x2--11

However the parts supplied are the same size as the parts currently fitted to the car with it's standard 288mm discs.
Similar item number
eBay item number: 142713084741

They've listed the wrong part numbers against it unfortunately:
