Ok, so i'm a bit stuck here and want a second opinion before taking it to Audi and being charged a sh*t tonne.
I have an A1 1.6 TDI Sport and had been occurring issues with the rear wipers and them occasionally playing up and not working at all or washer fluid not coming out of them. My brother had a look at it for me (a supposed mechanic) and started tampering in places that shouldn't have been touched. From what I can see, he's had my fuse box beneath the steering wheel and been switching about the fuses in there. When I got back in my car it had a major fit and threw out a load of warning signs at me and programme errors (faulty headlights, plate light, brake lights etc, all of which I solved by correcting the misplaced fuses) but I'm left with a warning light for my glow plugs (which is flashing), a check engine warning light and my stabilisation light is constantly on. When I start the car my computer system beeps at me and tells me "Stabilisation programme: fault! Check manual" and then after "Start/Stop programme: fault! Check manual".
Any ideas on what could be causing this? There is zero faults with the car itself as it is relatively new and steal drives seamlessly with 0 faults. I've tried disconnecting the battery to try and erase the warning light as I've been recommended but this didn't help at all. Any suggestions will help as i'm just a bit f*cked off that this is even a problem and my ****** rear wiper isn't even fixed!
