Interesting, mine does a very hard shift from 1st to 2nd after its been started. Are the dealers aware of this then?Nice to hear you fit one to your new car as well!

I’ll get mine fitted in a couple of weeks I just need to get the software updated on the gearbox first to fix the problem with the gear change after you’ve just started the car and accelerate hard in sport mode where it gets confused and jumps out of gear.
Is there any particular reason that the boost increase is less at lower rpms in the supplied maps? Is this for mechanical sympathy of the auto box? is it necessary on a manual with an uprated clutch?I can understand reducing it at the very top end since that's when fuel demands are at their greatest but at lower rpms I would have thought the fuel system and turbo should cope quite happily.
Already got an uprated sachs clutch since the stock junk failed last year.
Nice figures btw. My mods will be the same as yours except Ive also got a revo uprated intercooler. Somewhere around 375, 380 would certainly be very nice to have.

Good figures, you running map 6?I can vouch for the JB4. Got only JB4 and Intake and car vboxes 3.9s (sometimes 3.8) 0 to 100km/h. Car is S3 FL.

I run JB4, I have a panel filter, decat and GFB DV.
Did a couple of Dragy runs, boot full of work stuff, 1/2 tank of fuel and two kids seats :
3.66 - 0-60
11.55 - 1/4mile
I run map 6 :
Boost safety 27 and fuel open loop 50.

Agree! It's crazy in 1st to 3rd since the ecu can't correct the boost as it normally would in the first three gears because it's absolute values.

I am getting P0000 No Description Found when reading the codes, and it won't go away when I clear them? Any ideas what or why??
Hi guys
I was trying to solve a "problem" with some throttle closure at high rpm together with George the other day. Then it hit me, maybe I should try to do a map 0 map just to see if it's still there and it sure was.
So, could some of you guys with FL 7-speed gearbox see if you also have throttle closure at high rpms? Normally this would indicate some overboost but I just think (and hope) it's the nature of the S3 with the torque vectoring.
And just FYI: FL cars with the new 7-speed gearbox is not good at boost at high rpms. You should taper it down to 0psi from 6.000rpm to 7.000rpm (George told me this). Right now I'm running the below map 6 and when I push it I manually shift at 6.500rpm since nothing happens after this anyway and I prevent the throttle closure.
