3.0Tdi glow plugs

I've got some Bosch GLP194 glow plugs coming.
I know Beru GE115 is the OEM but Bosch are 1/2 the price and they have done me well in the past.
If they are a big no no someone please say before I fit them!

Where would I find my engine type/code?

Engine code near the chassis number on the left side (as you are looking at the engine), on a sticker
