im looking at mating a 3.0 tfsi engine to a front drive manual 6 speed gearbox instead of the factory Quattro box. It's for a mid engine application in a special I am building.
Is there any reason this won't work? Does the Quattro gearbox talk to the engine via ecu? Can I presume that the bell housing will bolt straight on to the block?
