3.0 tdi B7 to B8 upgrade

Here she is my 3.0tdi in Monza silver, I have been a member on this forum for a while but only been in the B7 section, I have been scouring the B8 forum for some inspiration for mods and come across B8.5 how would I know if I have an 8 or 8.5? My car is 2009 registered so could a guru tell me the engine code.

Also is there any ‘must do’ mods for the 3.0tdi Iv seen a few people removing a butterfly valve in the air box,

B8 have round front fogs, 8.5 have square ones

And the upper edges of the grill is angled, and stearing wheel hub is round, and ..... so on and on....

Nice car! Yours is a B8. You can find the engine code by looking at the sticker in the spare wheel well.
