3.0 quattro-Strange noise

I don't know about you but im on of these people that if they hear any strange noise within the car i worry that its something bad and that my caris going to fall apart. So im hoping you are going to put my mind at rest...

When im in the car with the engine running i can hear a little noise coming from the dashboard area. The radio and heaters are turned off at this point. Its a strange noise, it almost sounds like electrical things opening and shutting, like vents or something. Now its not loud at all, but im just a bit paranoid.....
Has anyone heard this or know what it could be....??

It's the vents changing around, mine does it, not sure why though.
It does become rather annoying
Something to do with the climate control I would imagine.

Thanks for the response but does yours do this even though the climate control/heaters is turned to off?? Very strange, but if it is supposed to make this noise than its a bit if a relief.

Yeah mine does this aswell even with the climate control Off.
Everyones Ive been in does this too.
