Heater Blower Not Working

My heaters suddenly stopped working, I have checked all fuses, all okay.

Removed fan and connected directly to my battery and it spins okay and if I reconnected it back into my car it works again until I key off then back on? I thought this would be a burnt out resistor so I fitted a new one and it does the exact same, has anyone had this problem before or know of how to fix this at all.

Yeah and it also had the exact same part number as the one originally fitted

Maybe there is a faulty relay supplying power to the fan, could explain why switching the ignition off and on again stops it working.

I have a spare CC unit if you want to try that out but never used it myself, don't know if it works. You can pay me beer money if it does work.
