Audio Mods 55 plate A6 estate

Hi All

i was wondering what, if any audio mods i can do to my A6. it has MMI 2G with Bluetooth for calls but i am missing Bluetooth audio integration or Aux integration.
is there a simple fix?

olders already has OEM BT, but wants streaming music option, only thing I can think of is AMI + BT dongle.

Another option is a Dension 500 BT unit which has a streaming option but you would have to disable/remove the factory fit BT unit.
