To de-cat or not to de-cat?!?!

I Found a straight through pipe to cut out the cat on e-bay...

Has anyone already done this?

Just wondering what it would do to performance?!

What backbox you running? It would free the gases up but you'd need the sensors turned off and it wouldn't pass it's MOT unless you put the CAT back on or knw anyone who does MOT's!

Had mine done at MIJ and a different backbox im going to have to find sum1 that can pass me on emissions when it comes to MOT time so your choice really?

Whats the performance gains with this if your already running a milltek backbox with the high flow cats..

Its just the standard back box that came with the car?!?!
Is it worth while going for a whole new set up?!?!
Or is my find on ebay good enough to start with just to give the car a little lift?!!!

I emailed the guy, he'd do the pipes for £100 inc. postage....
So anyone interested email him first and ask!
Push your luck even further lol!
