I have often mused on the rationale why anyone would order this as an option on the car, as to be honest I've never in my 25 years of driving heard of anyone say they just can't get the door to close right......
But today, today I just fathomed it.......
I just put baby asleep in car seat in the back, need to close door without slamming it, lightly bring it to a close and hey presto motors bring it quietly together. . . Baby stays asleep.....
Amazing!
