As subject I've managed to get hold of a complete facelift interior for a good price to replace my original grey and red checked interior.

The thing is I've been looking at the air bag connectors on the seats and they are different.

The pre facelift seats have two seperate plugs, one with a brown earth and the other with 2 coloured wires. Where as the facelift seats have a single connector with the three wires in one.

I've got not problem with soldering the the facelift connector onto the original loom, but the thing is the colour of the wires are different also.

So guys can it be done?

Mark.

Cool! What interior did you get?

I fitted post facelift (i'm assuming) seats into my prefacelift car and there was only one terminal for the airbag. DId you have any electrics in your original seats to have 2 plugs?

More comfortable and look better as standard (Will be re-trimming them at some stage though ;))

My old seats have got air bags like the new seats. The only difference is that there is one connector compared to the two on the old seats.

Anyone got a wiring diagram off EKTA?
