It will be for an 07 8P A3..... Heard some stories that unless you retro fit, it won't work properly??

I had an Xtrons unit, sent it back as it kept resetting & the in-dash display never worked!

Cheers pal, not too fussed on satnav, ideally I just want to be able to plug my phone into the car and play music off it.

Is there a way to do this without buying a whole new radio?

Look at Dension gateway unit, they do a unit that plugs into the CD changer connection.

Another way is to fit a parrot kit, that way you get hands free in your car + you can connect ipod/phone etc

Cheers, I am quite a 'newbie' with Audis. Only got my first one last week!
