Washer bottle sensor wiring ???

Hi
Ive just fitted DIS to my a4 avant, i managed to get a washer bottle sensor and plug from the scrappy this morning. I have run the wires to the blue plug that is on the back of the instruments, i know one wire is pin 1 does the other one go in the blue connector aswell or does it just go to earth?

Earth or buy the bottle sensor to retro fit it and make it functional.
