Kufatec UK. Apalling Customer Service

I placed an order for a TV Antenna Amplifier Kit Costing £274, it arrived with two components missing. After a month of emails (nearly 50 in all) between myself and Kufatec UK I'm still no nearer to resolving the problem. the kit was for an A6 4F avant, it was missing the co-axial connector, shown on the product illustration and the B amplifier part 4F9 035 225B, Kufatec swear this is not required yet VAG and other members of this and other forums do, as does my installer. Finally I bought this part off ebay!!!! I advise other members to deal direct with Germany and not Kufatec UK.

This is the disrespect to the customer shown by this lousy company! Buyers and potential buyers beware!
