Will DECAT bring engine light on?

Thinking of getting a pipewerx downpipe and decat fitted but will it cause issues currently not mapped.

Yes, but maybe not right away.

Get a lambda spacer and you should be fine tho. I'd reccomend an angled one which is what I had on my sports cat and it didn't come on

You can get it mapped out,but frankly you don't need a decat if you haven't got a hybrid or big turbo.

Ive got an angled one on mine with decat, no engine warning lights or even error when checking with vcds.
