Hi guys, I've seen an that I really want to purchase, looks beautiful and is what I'm after. A 2010 automatic A3. Only thing is the dealership that I've seen it in has got really bad general reviews but I've looked at those reviews and almost all of them are negative due to bad customer service and aftercare, apparently they charge excessively for parts etc. If I was to purchase the car I would definitely get a car inspection but due to these reviews I've read I don't really want anything to do with the company after doing so. Do I have any options in succeeding in that respect? Should I take out some sort of external warranty in case things go wrong? Or should I do a car inspection and if the feedback is good just go for it?
