Parking Sensor Problem - Ecu?

Hi Guys,

I just purchased a 2006 Audi A4 3.0 TDI.

I have a problem with the parking sensors - they just make one constant beep sound.. Beeeeeeeeeeep. The dealer I purchased it from has replaced the parking sensor ECU? The garage that they use for work has fitted this but they tolf me today that there software dint work and they need their audi guy to come in to program the ecu to work with the car... Does this sound right?

Could be a dodgy sensor. Presuming they are rear sensors, stick your car in reverse with ignition on and put your ear next to each sensor - they should 'tick'. If one or more doesn't, that's probably your problem.
