I found it a touch less compliant on the ride, and slightly more susceptible to tram lining but it's very marginal. If your tracking and geometry is 100% you shouldn't suffer to much.
Remember your increasing weight of the wheels so it will be a touch more crashy before you loose tyrewall compliance (on the big or severe bumps).
I did end up switching to 235/35/19s after the first tyre change and it made a marginal improvement. You tend to get premature inner shoulder wear on the tyres when you run 19's in spite of correct geometry.
I still think for ultimate handling 18's are the way to go.
