How is this achieved on an audi a3 8p 57 plate .

Want some negative camber ,

Is it through shims ? Or what?

Camber on rear is adjustable, but on the fronts it's not.
 
Not 100% sure how it's fully done but there are some adjustment bolts to the rear I believe.

I just take it to a garage with a proper Hunters 4 wheel alignment system, state what I want and get them to sort it.
