It is useful mate, can't afford to spill the Stella. It's fixed with short self tapping screws.

Try not to do random! It came from amazon via China. Took four weeks to arrive but it was was only £3-40 delivered.

with the led interior lights, do they dim same as the originals or do they get to a point and turn off

Just ordered interior LEDs for the front of mine, need to have a look at what type I need for the rest.

i ordered complete set from turps saves hassle of trying to figure out what sizes/types etc required will post pics once fitted

Here is a subtle mod I did. Knowing the kids had no seat heat in the back was slightly spoiling my enjoyment of the heated front seats, so I fitted a Waeco aftermarket seat heater kit. Removing the backrest was a bit too difficult so I decided to put both pads from a single seat kit into the seat base. So the back seats are not individually controllable, but they do get nice and warm. Cheap and cheerful but effective. The switch is just under the central ashtray as the real thing would be.

is it normal after fitting led bulbs that you cant use the map lights independantly, they work once you open door light up no issue, but if i press the button to turn one on nothing?

I know what you mean, I think. Ignition has to be on for mine to work now, no bother though less chance of flat battery, happened to me before if they're left on.

Same here, full LED retro fit and all work as they should, independently and the rears and the foot wells are also independent depending on which door is opened which h think looks really cool.

mine wont and i got kit from turps ive decided against the led route however, maybe at a later stage ill try again and look into reason they wont switch independantly somnething to do with not enough voltage i would assume

couldnt be easier drop out glovebox 5 screws, there is a rubber bung you remove and fit supplied pipe in there which has like a spoon shape on end to divert cool air from duct, the glove box already has the hole pre-cut so it just punches out with little force, slot in firdge it clicks into place and screw on the on/off valve simples, i had aircon on for short journey 15mins and it was nice and cold definately keep the stella cool:cold:

Is this easy to fit? Does it work well?

I have a factory fitted one of these, good gadget. You can fit a 1 litre bottle in there, but not a 1.5l. Bear in mind it only cools if you have the air-con switched to cool the the car. It does keep stuff cooler than the rest of the car when the heater is on because it is insulated and the air is only connected to cool air ducts, but not much. Surprisingly large amount of room left over for other stuff outside the fridge compartment, more than the whole glovebox on my old Alfa!
