20K to 10K Servicing change help please

Hello Guys and Girls


looking for help again!
I have the Service! message on my A3 (2.0tdi 2007 BMN)
The SRI reset dosn't work with my A3. So Thanks to Gary3306 thread found that have to go onto 17-Instruments
reset that way.


While im resetting service message i would like to change from 20K to 10K servcing.


I've had little try got stuck not long after plugging VCDS in.


I got this far

I get that i have to change the "New Value" to 0 right?

But how do i change it to 10K servicing?
I guess it's really easy andobvious but i cant do it.

Any help will be great!

Just to let anyone else know who might not know how to do this.

To change the the service interval from 20K to 10K

[Select]
[17 - Instruments]
[Adaptation - 10]
Enter channel [42]
[Read]
The "Stored Value" is the current value for that channel.
Enter the "New" value of [100]= (10,000)
[Test]
[Save]
