Not helped by the fact this one has been reported to them 8 times over the last month and it’s still there.
 
It is listed on their reporting system as “Passed to contractor” but they should still have a responsibility to make sure it’s made safe or repaired quickly.

Pretty sure if it's been reported and not fixed in 7 days (may be a different amount of time) then that's when you can claim as they have the right to have X number of days to fix it and if it isn't fixed that's when you can go "pay for my tyres".

I tried a claim for my old S3 and got nowhere so had to use my tyre insurance, in my eyes with the poor state of the roads it's worth its weight in gold.

Yeah if its been reported before they have around 14 days from being notified to getting it repaired. I would claim it back fron them.
