Hi

On a bog standard b9 2016 with the standard 7" mmi display. Is there a way to get google maps? Or do you have to use the Audi one?

Have you Android Auto or Carplay? If so have the app on your phone and plug it into the USB port to the right of the 12v socket. And using the MMI follow instructions on the phone / MMI. Be sure to have Bluetooth on and connected

Exactly as HMG1K said its better if you have android auto or apple car play as you can frequently update the Google maps from your phone and use your USB charger cable to connect to the car.
