2015 Audi A3 S line Quattro , no DAB radio

Hi, purchased a 2015 Audi A3 S line about 4 weeks ago, and was told it comes with DAB radio , I can't seem to find the DAB wavelength in the list and have no DAB stations stored only FM/AM. Have done a check on myAudi and it definitely left the factory with DAB and the Bang & Olufsen upgrade, Could it be an aerial problem or something more sinister, its fitted with the shark fin aerial if it helps, Thanks

Assuming this is UK/EU spec it would have DAB from factory.

Many possible areas could cause this. Wiring loom behind glove box is one of many

If you have bought recently, take it back to selling dealer and get them to sort it.
