2014 A3 MMI screen not shutting with ignition

Recently removed head into to change blower motor. On reinstalling MMI screen will not shut with ignition. Will shut if button pressed and also if volume button pressed and help. Also says initializing car systems please switch on ignition. Help please

Pop the unit out and make sure that you have reconnected all the cables correctly nd that you have not "disturbed" anything back there.

Have looked and as far as can tell everything ok. Radio works cd plays
