Hi, our 2012 A1 s line sportback has got the basic stereo fitted no up rate speakers and not connectivity pack.
I'm hoping to upgrade to an uprated head unit so in the future I can get sat nav, dab and the uprated speakers.
If I buy the tech pack head unit with the silver bezel can I just plug it in to start with and it will work or do I have to get the component protection removed first?
Any help on this would be great.
