2009 B8 A4 . No AMI..? Retrofit?

Morning chaps, I've just purchased a 2009 Audi A4 3.0 TDI with the 2G High MMI fitted with B&O and Nav. All the car has is an aux lead under the arm rest. No AMI lead anywhere...
Question is, can I retrofit an AMI lead? As I've seen a few companies offering to do this but seems to cost a pretty penny?
Has anybody done it themselves or used a company they can recommend?

if you click on @NHN ’s avatar on the left hand side of his post, a dialogue box will appear. From there, select “Start Conversation”.
