2009 Audi S5 Low Fuel pressure problem

Hi All,
I need some help. I have a 2009 Audi S5 and the EPC and check engine light keeps coming on. I have taken the car to the deal and have had them scan the car for faults. I keep getting low fuel pressure. I have changed both high pressure fuel pumps, both low & high pressure fuel sensors and still I am having the same issue.

I did change cylinder number 4 fuel injector due to it being stuck open and causing a miss fire. Any toughts or suggestions would be welcome. Audi's diagnosis was to change everything. They did not know what was causing the issue.

No, I have not. I was getting codes for both banks saying it is running rich. I just changed the PCV and still have
a fault on the left bank fuel system pressure to low. My next change was going to be to change the complete low pressure fuel pump in the tank
