2008 3L V6 Diesel emissions amount? PART 2!

So, my 3.0L Diesel is in band L for its co2 emissions of 226 g/km as per their website, despite another .gov website that states it as 224 g/km.

Anyhow, my log book finally arrives and low and behold the stated amount on the log book is 205 g/km!

What do you think my chances are of getting them to re-band my car?

205g/km seems very low for the 3.0L TDI's, i remember that the saloon were cheaper on tax over the avants as they had increased 2 g/km over the saloons, the a6's from my memory was that they emmisions at 226 g/km for the avants and 224 g/km for the saloons and they are in tax bands K or L

but yours might be fitted with a DPF as some vehicles were fitted as a extra option with DPF's as they were not compulsory at the time, they only had to have the preparation for DPF's
