2007 A3 2.0T no crank no start issue HELP!!!

Hi there, having an issue with a no crank no start, I can’t communicate with the ecu with my scan tool and there is no cel with key on engine off, also one thing of notable interest, f2 fuse in the fuse panel on driver side blows immediately as soon as I turn the key on. Any ideas??
