2.5 TDI V6 High IQ Deviation values

After injectors rebuild with brand new nozzles i get really high Devitation values but the actual IQ is withing spec.

2.20 mg/str Injection Quantity Deviation Cyl. 1
2.35 mg/str Injection Quantity Deviation Cyl. 3
-0.31 mg/str Injection Quantity Deviation Cyl. 5
2.35 mg/str Injection Quantity Deviation Cyl. 4
1.80 mg/str Injection Quantity Deviation Cyl. 6

while actual IQ at idle is 5.3 mg/str and the consumption is 0.80 l/h.
The engine is AKN and is after heads rebuild (camshafts,rockers, etc..)
Is something wrong cause im afraid that i might blow another engine.
