2.0tdi with Revo Remap and 1st MOT

Hi

my car is due its 1st MOT after having a revo remap installed. I was wondering whats it like passing emmissions with a remap. I am going to get a full major service before the mot but was wondering if theres anything else that needs doing.

The car itself is in tip top condition all round

I cant see you having a problem. I would imagine that a company as large as Revo took this into consideration when designing their software.

Shouldnt be a problem - diesel emmissions are pretty lenient anyway.

havent had a MOT in the last 6 years so pretty new thing for me

It would have to have something wrong with the car to fail a diesel emission test. Might no pass on the fast pass but should definately pass overall.

mine got 0.3 on the emissions with a remap and dpf gutted.

I recently done an mot with no issues... had the revo remap over a year now

Iv got.the egr blanked of.dpf gutted and remap and.it passed today no problems

I am a mot testet the diesel Emissions test is very very basic. You should not have a problem with it to be honest. I have been a tester for about a year now and I don't think I have failed a diesel emissions test yet.
