2.0 TFSI Help needed- Rev limited

Hi Guys,
I have a problem with my car while driving and also parked. It is a DSG and it will not rev above 5k as if it hits a limiter-

Please see video and help me diagnose this.


This in the video is under 3/4 throttle but happens regardless of pressure.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

I have an OBD2 but nothing is showing- No CEL either- I don't have a VAGCOM

No one near with vagcom at all? Never seen a rev needle bounce that hard before.

I can only take it to a garage that would charge me £40 for the diagnostics, but no CEL or errors off the OBD2 as said
