1999 s3 8l. slightly high emmissions

hi all. just had my car mot.d and the tester advised me the emmissions are slightly high.
any ideas of how to lower them please.
just about to change all oils and filters. any help is greatly appreciated.

Try some injector cleaner.Cat cleaner through your Fuelsystem,or if you can find a garage using the Terraclean machine.Just Had My Car Terracleaned! - Detailing World

Have you removed any of the valves (N249, N112) and not left them plugged in? have you checked for any fault codes that may suggest a faulty lambda or other sensor?

thanks for the replys.
no decat and no valves by passed that i know of. got cat cleaner coming this afternoon.
the car is standard but did have a cone filter on untill last week. now std airbox and filter.
