Suspension higher on one side

Hi.
I had some Eibach Sportline springs fitted to my 2008 A3 2.0 TDI s-line a few months ago.
It should lower by 50mm (or 20-25mm) for the s-line.
I have noticed though that my drivers side rear is sitting over 5mm lower than the passenger rear.
Does anyone know why this could be?

I recently had 4 people in the car and that side was rubbing like hell where as the other side only had slight rubbing.

Possibly shock is faulty, iirc from mine, assume they refitted the rubber base back in under spring?

which side is the fuel tank on? And have you got a full tank?

I assume so. The car is going in for a service next week so I think I'll get them to check it out when on the lift.

I have a full tank yeah but not sure where the tank is. I'm sure some other members may be able to enlighten us.
