Q3 170 bhp vs 211 bhp

Hi all,

I'm planning on buying a used 2013 Audi Q3 2.0, with 170 hp.
I noticed that there are 2 versions with the 2.0 engine - one with 170hp, and a more powerful one with 211hp.

My question is: are these two basically the same? (Same engine same turbo?)
Is the 170 version simply a detuned version of the 211hp motor?

I plan on tuning it to stage 1. If they are the same, would I get the same results after the tune?

I could be wrong but i think the 170hp is a diesel and the 211hp is the petrol.

Hi Dan, thanks for the reply.
They are both petrol, according to Wikipedia both same capacity and turbo, yet different engine codes and different outputs:
170hp-CCZC
211hp- CPSA
