My 2002 1.8t A3 squaks alot when its parked with its handbrake pulled. Usually when entering and exiting the car. Sometimes you can make the sound by just closing or opening the door, and its gonna squeak like an old garden shed that hasnt been opended in 30 years.
It has just gotten new rear brakes and an H&R cup kit touring kit installed. It also has new rear bearings (?) is that the word? Small rubber pieces. It sounds like its comming from the left side at the rear. The car still made these sounds before these things were put in, and it only when the handbrake is pulled.
What can i do, and is it gonna cost me?
I am not british, so if you are confused with my choice of words i would be happy to try and explain better.
Thank you.
