ok,i managed to get the box fitted this morning, not as straight forward as emmo's instruction as our car wiring seems to differ.I dont have fuses for the fog lights,my lights are controls by J519 on board supply unit. All turned out simple after i printed of the circuit diagram from elswin.

As Emmo said, run a 2 core cable back to the fuel flap solenoid,i did this first before having to get wiring diagram out so i sure i could of found the connection closer to the dash but it was to late.i cut and crimped butt connectors to splice into cable the colours seems to be the same, grey with a mauve trace although one trace seems darker but i found it didnt matter how you made the polarity because the box is looking for a pulse to do the same thing when you lock and unlock the car.

You can follow emmo's note on how to drop the cover under the steering wheel and how to remove fuse box, pick up a 12v supply, and ground, connect the 2 core cable to the two brown cables, install the light senser where you like,i installed mine at the side of piller and dash board down by the window screen.
my light are controlled by the onboard controller(J519)
Under the steering wheel you will find the box with the relays on top, under the box you will see the 23 pin black plug, you can unplug this (ignition off)with out problems.Pin 19 White/Blue is for the Right Hand Fog Light.Pin 21 White?Green is the left hand fog light.
The instuction ask to cut and connect yellow to light switch and connect yellow/black to left light, before doing this i checked for continuity in the box and it had continuity,so i did follow instuctions as to cut and connect the output of the J519 through the new box.I did the same for the right hand light, again i used butt crimps incase the box fails to make it easy to revert back.

Box works a treat.
No bulb out warnings, fogs work ok,fogs also flash when locking and unlocking in the day time.
